Halifax House
Halifax House sits on the site of the former Ogdens Buildings which was a furniture store of Henry Ogden & Co. In 1983 the site was rebuilt by architects Turner Lansdowne Holt for the Halifax Building Society. So as you would expect, this post-modern building is very corporate in design and conveniently located on the corner of Bridge Street and Deansgate.
The location is classed as the Central Retail District and is on the border with Spinningfields. Some of the finest shopping and restaurants are located nearby including San Carlo’s, Cafe Istanbul, House of Fraser and King Street to name but a few.
In Halifax House, you will now find a Sainsbury’s Local on the ground floor. The 3 upper floors are very high specification offices incorporating computer raised floors, suspended ceilings, air conditioning, and the very latest in networking technology, and contemporary style decor and furniture.
The business centre has 24/7/365 access with a very sophisticated access control system making this a very safe and hi-tech location for your business.
